Dear Fellow Workers of Christ We are honored to have you join us today as we launch Women in Leadership, a ministry for all Pastors’ Wives. Your role as a co-laborer in shepherding God’s people is invaluable and this ministry was created to serve and help you be even more of a precious resource in building God’s kingdom. As you partner with your husbands to build your ministries, God has a specific and unique plan for you in that role and even beyond. Women in Leadership is here to encourage and support you in fulfilling God’s purpose for your life, and we are happy you have taken the time to learn more about this new ministry. We welcome the opportunity to serve you, and look forward to building this ministry with you to the glory of God.

01It is said that success happens when preparation meets opportunity. While we allow God to create and direct our steps towards opportunities, it is our responsibility to prepare ourselves to recognize and take advantage of those opportunities.
When we are in the right place, at the right time, ready to work for God, there is no limit to what God can accomplish through us.
ENCOURAGEMENT
02It is not by accident or reason of marriage that you are in the position you are in today – whether in your ministry or in the secular world. God has a purpose for your existence and He is ready to use today!
We pray that your time here today will empower and embolden you to be all that God has purposed for you to be for the glory of God.
EDIFICATION
03More than ever in these challenging times we need to be available “jars” to be used by the Master to pour out His blessings on a hurting world. We strongly believe that when women of God, especially those in leadership positions, get together to fellowship and seek God’s face, the blessings of God are poured out on families, ministries, communities, and nations.

Activities
Women In Leadership is such a beautiful gift. It’s a place where pastors’ wife, ministry leaders, and women of all different backgrounds can come together for friendship and fellowship, and can be encouraged in their walk with the Lord. Or, at least, that’s the goal.

Conferences
We frequently hold conferences which there is a group of talks on a particular subject, or a meeting in which especially biblical and Spiritual matters are discussed formally.
Workshops/Seminars
Our seminar is typically lecture oriented, and it delivers the same content to the audience as a workshop does. However, the involvement and interaction with the audience is limited or at least less than a workshop.
Retreats
Going on retreat is a beautiful way to reconnect to our basic sanity and health. Our aspiration at Retreat is to inspire people to experience authentic retreats and reconnect with their innate wisdom.
