Women In Leadership is a Christ-centered ministry devoted to equipping, supporting, and uplifting pastors’ wives, ministry leaders, and women of purpose across all walks of life. We believe every woman carries a divine assignment, and with the right encouragement, teaching, and community, she can walk boldly in the fullness of her calling.

Through fellowship gatherings, leadership development programs, conferences, retreats, and outreach initiatives, we create safe and nurturing spaces where women can grow spiritually, build meaningful relationships, cultivate confidence, and step into greater impact. Our desire is to ensure that every leader is strengthened for the work God has entrusted to her.
