To every Pastor’s wife, your role as a co-laborer in shepherding God’s people is invaluable and this ministry was created to serve and help you be even more of a precious resource in building God’s kingdom. As you partner with your husbands to build your ministries, God has a specific and unique plan for you in that role and even beyond. Women in Leadership is here to encourage and support you in fulfilling God’s purpose for your life, and we are happy you have taken the time to learn more about this new ministry. We strongly believe that when women of God, especially those in leadership positions, get together to fellowship and seek Gos’s face, the blessings of God are poured out on families, ministries, communities, and nations.

Women In Leadership is more than spending one’s time in actively participating in selfless acts or activities that benefit other people. It has a greater impact on society as a whole. We are of great help to the community as they immerse themselves in a pool of opportunities.
OUR VISIONS AND MISSIONS
• To be a source of strength and encouragement to pastors’ wives so that they can in turn strengthen their husbands and ministries.
• To enable pastors’ wives to realize their purpose in the ministry.
• To help pastors’ wives effectively manage themselves first and their environment.
• To celebrate all pastors’ wives.
• To bring a woman of God from brokenness to wholeness.
SERVICES WE PROVIDE
Women In Leadership programs and activities encourage, challenge and develop pastors’ wives – enabling them to experience the fullness of Christ in their unique ministries. We do this by providing opportunities for them to fellowship and learn together at:

TEACHING
It is said that success happens when preparation meets opportunity. While we allow God to create and direct our steps towards opportunities, it is our responsibility to prepare ourselves to recognize and take advantage of those opportunities.
The dictionary defines purpose as the reason for which something exists or is done, made, or used. Queen Esther in the Old Testament had a very specific purpose for which God elevated her to be queen of the greatest empire of her time.
Esther prepared and positioned herself properly in order to gain favor with the king. In doing so, she fulfilled her destiny and saved her people. When we are in the right place, at the right time, ready to work for God, there is no limit to what God can accomplish through us.
Women In Leadership in itself has many benefits like we can help pastors’ wife, ministry leaders, boost up your confidence, challenge the inner self that helps you know more about you, realize your forgotten or present dreams, showcasing your talents and most of all being able to live completely to the fullest.
